A skill is something that needs to be learned for a long time. No matter what kind of college education you have, if you do not have skills, the world will turn you down. It is important that one has a specialty and this is where one’s skills are highlighted. A person cannot be a jack of all trades because it would be tantamount to being a master of none.
Experience
Certainly, experience is the best teacher. How can a person know if this strategy would work or not? The best to consult are the experiences one has endeavored to pursue. Experience also gives you an advantage. With experience, you would already know what works best and not so best, making you ahead of your timeline.
Wisdom/ Knowledge

Values are the bread and butter of a person. You can be the smartest, best and most sought employee however, if you do not have values in yourself, consider it null and void. An employee could be the worst, dumbest and even the last sought in the world, but if he has values and if he is teachable, he would become the most outstanding employee in the room with the right training.
